IKKY was a startup building a cross-platform booking tool for services like restaurants, salons, events and medical appointments in Hong Kong and Taiwan. I continued the previous UX work, redesigned the Merchant Management Portal (MMP) and CMS, and provided UX guidance.

Conducted competitor analysis to understand market standards, feature gaps and positioning. This helped me quickly align with the company's current progress and define a more informed product and design strategy.
Qualitative user research was conducted to understand how, when and why users interact with the product — informing feature definition and prioritization. This included developing personas, mapping user journeys and page flows, and conducting client interviews to uncover key pain points and requirements.


Sketching, wireframes, and defining content structure, layout and interaction.


Lo-fi to hi-fi prototyping and design presentation.



Usability testing and analytics reviews evaluated product performance and identified areas of improvement. Tests were designed around key tasks, with sessions recorded (screen, audio and interactions) to capture behavior and uncover friction. Site data assessed feature performance and informed prioritization for iterative improvements.
